Q:  Do you have clubs or can I bring my own?

A: Feel free to bring your own clubs, but if you can’t (or forget) you can rent our state-of-the-art, tailor-made clubs for just $8

Q:  Is the rental price per person or per bay?

A: The price is per bay. Whether you have 1 person or 10 people, the price is based on hourly bay rental, not per person!

Q:  Are you kid friendly?

A: Yes! We are a family-friendly environment! Not only do we have the best indoor PGA-sponsored golf simulators, we have multi-sport games for family fun!

Q:  Can I order food and drinks?

A: Yes! We have a full bar and a full food menu from The Rooftop! You order everything from your server and we bring it to you!

Q:  Can I host large events or parties?

A: Absolutely. Give us a call to quote your event and custom food package!

Q:  Do I need a reservation?

A: It is highly recommended to book your reservation prior to arrival to ensure you have a secured reservation! Feel free to walk in and if we have an opening we will accommodate!

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A: By reserving and purchasing a session you agree to the following terms: •I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can have a friend attend in my stead. •I understand that Gift Cards must be used within 1 year of purchase date..” Due to limited simulators, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before an appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to fill the simulators. You may cancel by phone. If you have to cancel your scheduled time, we offer you a gift card to use at a later date if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may apply the card toward any future session within 1 year of purchase date. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the session. Purchased Gift Cards must be used within 1 year. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
