Service Description

2-hour session *Must be at least 16 years of age to participate. Parent/Guardian signature required for anyone under 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

By reserving and purchasing a session you agree to the following terms: • I understand that I am holding a spot so reservations for this event are nonrefundable. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can have a friend attend in my stead. • I understand that Gift Cards must be used within 1 year of purchase date..” Due to limited simulators, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before an appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to fill the simulators. You may cancel by phone. If you have to cancel your scheduled time, we offer you a gift card to use at a later date if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may apply the card toward any future session within 1 year of purchase date. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the session. Purchased Gift Cards must be used within 1 year. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
